Who we are!
We are Xtreme Outdoor Karting, an adventurous outdoor go-karting experience.
Come and visit us for your need for speed and excitement! Our facility has two tracks where we provide Adult karts and Kids karts for ages 7+. We accommodate for group bookings such as birthday parties, bachelor parties, corporate events and competitive racing. We have two braai facilities for the Adult track: VIP and public braai area. As well as a braai area for the Kiddies track.
Our story
With roots dating back to 2020, during the arduous times of Covid-19, an idea was born. To take the love and passion for go-karting, and adding something different. Thus, Xtreme Outdoor Karting was born – a dirty, adventurous and exciting go-karting experience. With the help of close relatives to Nicholas Neethling, founder of Xtreme Outdoor Karting, the first steps were taken to turn the idea into a reality. The Xtreme Outdoor Karting team spent many days and long hours to bring things to life – from building the go-karts in a home garage to creating the track that one will now find situated on the beautiful Welgelegen farm, just next to Stellenbosch. Xtreme Outdoor Karting officially opened their doors on June 16, 2020.
Behind the Scenes
At Xtreme Outdoor Karting, the chassis of our go-karts are all built and assembled by our team of mechanics. Our Go-karts sport a 200cc, 4-Stroke Torques motor, bucket seats for safety and slicks tires.
